How do I verify the numbers you share?

All headline metrics are live on analytics.hostizzy.com — our investor dashboard. You get read-only access to occupancy, revenue, bookings, and YoY trends using the Investor password. No trust required — just look at the data.

How is Hostizzy different from OYO or Airbnb?

OYO aggregates budget hotels. Airbnb is a marketplace. We're a full-stack operator — we manage the properties, handle guests, run our own technology, and own the brand. We make money on management commissions and our SaaS platform, not just listing fees.

What's the exit horizon?

We're building for a 5–7 year horizon. The natural exit paths are a strategic acquisition by a large travel or hospitality player, or a Series A-led secondary once HostSuite gains traction. We'll discuss structure transparently during due diligence.

Why are you raising now after 4 years of bootstrapping?

We bootstrapped intentionally — to prove unit economics before touching external capital. The model is now validated. The raise is to scale the playbook (more properties) and build HostSuite, our B2B SaaS product for operators. We're raising capital, not survival funding.
